August Activity Changed

Hey everyone. The August activity has been changed. Instead of a board game night, we will be getting together to paint our new classroom. The date has not been changed. We will be meeting on Saturday, August 16th. Please come help paint our new room!

This week's announcements...

If you weren't in class yesterday, here are the announcements:

• Mark & Robin were out of town over the weekend, so Chris Kendall taught. He spoke about how to have a "good fight" in your marriage (aka, if you're going to fight about something, here's how to actually get something accomplished with your fight).
• Emily Thomas is returning to the US from her mission trip to North Africa this week.
• We are still planning to have a board game night next month.
• Monica's job is still uncertain. She is waiting to hear if she will have a job this fall.
• Monica's dad had eye surgery last week, so pray for a complete recovery for him.

Our Class Has a Blog!

In an effort to keep up with the times, our class now has a blog! It's so exciting. We thought it would be exciting for our class and others to access our class photos, activities, news, updates, and more, online! So here it is, folks - the New Beginnings class blog!
